Breath - Part 1

Ask yourself, when was the last time you took a deep breath?

Sometimes we do it to prepare ourselves for something stressful / frustrating, to steel ourselves for what is coming next or sometimes it is to relax and release tension.


It is so easy to get wrapped up in all the distractions of everyday life and not realize that you haven’t taken a ‘nice deep breath’ into your lungs all day long.

It doesn’t matter where you are, what you wear or mood you are in. We can all do it… take a moment to just breath, maybe close the eyes, put down the phone and take three breaths just for ourselves and nobody else.
