R U OK? Week 2 - Spring


As the weather starts to warm up and nature starts to come out of hibernation, it is time to do the same. To pause, notice and reflect.


Pause - Just stop with no distractions take two deep breaths.

Notice - What are you feeling mentally or physically, take two deep breaths.

Reflect - on the why? Can you adjust just a little bit to allow for improvement that will make your life a bit smoother or better?

As you ponder this take two deep breaths.


Nature is constantly growing and adapting, personal growth is the same, it can big, small, fast or as slow as a snail.... and it can be uncomfortable. Breath into the discomfort.


Pause, Notice and Reflect as we adapt, grow into our new space/environments.


Give yourself permission to release judgement.


Tend to yourself like you would a plant, fresh air, sunlight and just the right amount of hydration.
